1. Return Conditions
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and all accessories (if applicable). A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

Final sale or clearance items

Opened personal care or hygiene products

Customized or personalized items

Gift cards

If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email RR67aj67QEZ@outlook.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo if the item is damaged or incorrect. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.

Please do not return any items before contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
